my father was a lovely yorkshire man. he worked down the pits from he was 13years old. supporting his mother and 3 brothers,we lived in featherstone and he was working down the pits as a overman,he told me tales of his days in the pits he moved his family to leeds in 1960 for a better life
my dad was my tower.he was my dad.he has 3 grandchildren.who loved him dearly and great grandchildren,he had a great sense of humour and loved a pint he moved to london 20 years ago to live with me.but one day he will be returning to yorkshire
when my time comes. we will be together again

simply cannot get you out of my thoughts, have began to hate christmas and the new year as you are not here to celebrate with me.am terribly lonley dad and even thou we have a lovely little boy who carries your name there is not much reason for me to go on. i do believe i will join you soon the pain is too hard to bare will always miss you just cant move on xxxxxx
